Coding a plugin/module

Hello

I am coding some plugin/module, I have used the source from that IDEA plugin
Unfort. its very big, and I dont understand it all, also there is no documentation
for plugin API...

I need to know how to use the "message own_*" signals properly, I want to
catch users input, modify it, and send it to the person/channel it was meant to.
