proxy module

Irssi is really great.. but I'm missing scripting features to 
the proxy module to make cool scripts where irssi interacts 
with the remote client.

1. command sending raw text to the client
2. hook to change/stop text regulary sent from irssi to the 
client
3. hook to change/stop text sent from the client to irssi on 
the way to irc

with that you could control many irssi things from the remote 
client, like ignore, away logs ...
