PREFIX=@+" in dancer-ircd confuses irssi

Hi, This was reported on #irssi by soroh: Irssi doesn't seem to process the "PREFIX=@+" dancer-ircd (for example freenode) send correctly. It doesn't see @ and + as prefixes anymore, and thinks +o and +v are modes on the whole channel, not on a nick. "@+" instead of "(ov)@+" is not following the specifications in larne's draft for the 005 numeric, but imo it should get interpreted correctly anyways. Some quotes from #freenode: "clients shouldn't really assume () is present unless the server declares compatibility with larne's draft, which is another field in the 005 thingy" "in the absence of (), modes other than @+ (and possibly %) are an error and should be ignored" "we're not going to support larne's draft directly anyway, although aside from that one I believe all the listed fields are compatible" Greets, Wouter aka coekie.
