GUI in Gtk

Hi,

I would like to know where begin to code a Gui for irssi, i know the
adage who says "Read the source Luke", but i think a small help could
help me to masterise the force ;)

I don't say "I will code a gui", i just say "maybe"

Then i hope you can help me in my research
