I see.  Yeah I asked in #irssi and this never came up, hence me writing
the patch.  Either case, maybe someone will eventually come along and
say "I only occasionally want lastlog output in a different window".
Ok, seems pretty far out.  If you don't want it in, that's cool, but
I'll probably keep using it myself.
