Updated Irssi for Windows Installer (0.8.16-rc1

Hello,

=10After reaching out to me to ask some questions about building Irssi on=

Windows, Delan (CCed on this message) has worked diligently to update =

the Irssi for Windows installer to the latest Irssi 0.8.16-rc1 release, =

and has automated the process of building the installer. His automation =

code is available at https://github.com/delan/cygmake.

We'd like to know:

1) What would you like to do with the automation code? Should Delan get =

SVN access and add his code to Irssi's w32installer repo? Or maybe that =

repo can just mirror from GitHub instead?

2) Do you want a copy of the 0.8.16-rc1 installer to make available for =

download at irssi.org?
