highlight on dcc?

Hi

This is sort of an feature request.

DCC file requests don't appear as messages targeted directly to me (red),
but as uninteresting info(gray), and because of that i never notice them
until someone tells me to recive what they are sending.

Would it be a good thing to change this in the official irssi?, i guess it is
easy to fix but would someone complain?
