Re: how to receive msgs in a channel?

I typed into /names ,it shows to me this line: Irssi: ##kernel: Total
of 201 nicks [1 ops, 0 halfops, 0 voices, 200 normal]

no symbol beside any username.

how can I set channel mode to receive all user's msgs?
