sb_background is only for _s_tatus_b_ar... not for the normal window.

the normal background depends on your terminal settings. irssi dont have
a setting for it atm.

you can call some script which modifies the palette for the terminal
running irssi before calling irssi. i know its possible with escape
sequences (at least on linux).
