scroll_page_count = /2
How many pages to scroll the scrollback buffer when pressing
page-up or page-down. Expressed as a number of lines, or as a
fraction of the screen:
/2 = Scroll half a page.
.33 = Scroll about a third of a page.
4 = Scroll four lines.
