error message

Dear All,

    I'm a new irssi user. I've read the help files.
   I'm trying to ssh into a server, and from there run irssi to access the 
chat server and room I want. When I do that, I get the following error 
message:

"OperServ([email protected]) The session limit for your host has been 
exceeded. Error Closing Link priswell irc.alytech.net (OprServ(session limit 
exceeded))"

    When I access the same chat server/rooms from my home Linux box, I have 
no trouble. Can someone tell me what is happening? What am I doing wrong? 
What should I do to fix it?
