Local chat appearing in status window??

Hello all;

I just broke out Bitlbee again, which broadcasts chatroom content as
&local_chat.  The issue I'm having is that &local_chat is getting
dumped into my status window, like so:
19:51:31 [im] < rektide:&local_chat> well, this isnt really helpful.

It used to be that each &local_chat and &other_local_chat would get
their own windows.  How do I instruct irssi to make & use windows for
these &local_chat's?
