irssi newbie questions

Hi there,

I have got two problems that I hope you'd help me with.

1. This one is not strictly related to irssi but hopefully someone would 
be able to help. Some time ago I registered a nickname with freenode.
I don't remember which email address I used with it and it turns out I 
deleted the original message from freenode. Is there any command/way
to request the password to be sent to the linked email account?

2. I'm using slackware. I've been looking at the config file. There are 
so many networks/servers etc. in it. I'm not sure which ones I can get 
rid of.
What I need is just 2 servers: freenode (##slackware, #irssi, #emacs) 
and irc.twice-irc.de (#i3)
Can I remove the rest from the config file? What would I need to keep?

3. Do I need to register my nick name with both servers?
