Auditoring Messages Plugin

I've just installed "Monitoring Service Plugin" but I can't read the messages .. I've just entered the "Archiving Settings" , checked "Archive one-to-one chats" but still didn't got success on it !! At the bottom of this page all the statistics is still on 0 (ZERO) What Am I doing wrong ??? Can anyone help me ?? Tx -- Antonio Thomás M. K.
