How to create a conference room ?

Hey ya all, How to create a conference room on Jabber server?? I've just created but can't access through my client software (exodus). It can't find the room .. Despite I've checked the option "everyone can create a conference room", when I create the room and invited someone to join my chat room, we can't see eachother in this room .. Can anyone help me ??
