Hi, I have a linksys NSLU2 (NAS device) running debian, now acting as IPv6-router and server for some other services. I would like to try to run a jabber-server on it, just for everybody here at home. (with the possibility to "connect" to other jabber-servers too, of course). As this is a NAS, it is pretty limited in resources (32 MB RAM, 16 MB flash, 266.24 bogomips CPU) but it does have a lot of swap (512 MB). So, can somebody propose a jabber-server (if possible available in the debian repository) with a small memory and CPU footprint. (as I do have a lot of swap, the total amount of memory isn't that important, but the amount of memory it need in RAM to run is). If possible, it should support IPv6, and proxy for file-transfer. As I also want to play around with jingle (voip over xmpp), I would also like the box to run as "ICE" server. Any proposals? Cheerio! Kr. Bonne. -- jabber/gtalk: [email protected] _______________________________________________ JAdmin mailing list FAQ: http://www.jabber.org/discussion-lists/jadmin-faq Forum: http://www.jabberforum.org/forumdisplay.php?f=19 Info: http://mail.jabber.org/mailman/listinfo/jadmin Unsubscribe: [email protected] _______________________________________________
