I see it discussed in jabber.xml. It is still not clear to me though. I need more of a step by step. Both for the server and client. I think the piece I am missing is setting up the users to receive messages. It may take some time, but I should be able to figure it out. I was just hoping that it would be straight forward. Most servers will enable you to send motd (sent on login) or a broadcast message to all users (e.g., "server reboot in 5 minutes!").
