XMPP Testing Tool

Hello,

Just wanted to let people know that we are hosting a testing tool for
XMPP domains. It does some basic DNS/port tests for now:

We may expand it in the future and will likely put the source code up.
Please feel free to let me know if there is anything obvious we
missed.
