The subject line says it all, and if it doesn't, there's a post here:

https://community.igniterealtime.org/blogs/ignite/2015/04/22/openfire-3100-released

It's been really encouraging over the past year seeing the level of
enthusiasm within the community as a whole for Openfire. It is, after all,
the first server many of us used, so I suppose there's nothing surprising
that a lot of us feel quite fond of it.

It's also incredible working on a project that has its roots almost back to
the beginning of Jabber - I can't help but smile when I see the Downloads
page and notice it still has a note about the "recent" name change from
Wildfire back in 2007 (and that, too, was a name change from Jive
Messenger).

Finally, for those who've not offered us a Pull Request quite yet, I really
recommend it - Openfire is very widely used, and every bug you fix or
feature you add makes a genuine difference to thousands of people.

Thanks for all your support,

Dave.
