XMPPHP help with in-band registration on local server

I need some help/guidance in registering new users to ejabberd. In using tyrola/xmpphp package which you can view on packagist.org. It doesn't have a register method or any feature that allows the use to register new users with the xep-0077 in-band registration. 

I am new to XMPP, looking if anyone can help asap.
