dev environment

Greetings All! 

I accidentally sent this to exodus-dev-owner, so I am resending. I hope this doesn't 
result in a double post.

I would greatly appreciate any help setting up the exodus development environment. I am 
new to delphi but not new to development. Is there a free set of tools to use?
