User32.dll problems with exodus

Hello,

I  recently  compilied  Exodus  using  Delphi  7  everything seemed to
compile  fine.  After  compiliation  I did some branding and built the
installer via NSIS. Installed it on my XP machines all was happy.

Friend  of  mine  installed  on  his  Win98  Box  and  it produced the
following error:

C:\Program Files\exodus\exodus.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning

Once you click OK on that you would get the next error:

The EXODUS.EXE file is linked to missing export USER32.DLL:GetLastInputInfo.


Thinking I compilied something wrong I grabbed the exodus.exe from the
Daily Build and we had same problems.

Looking for any clues and/or ideas on solving this issue.
