I posted a message earlier asking about Auto-accept and a potential bug in the Exodus client. I didn't receive any feedback on the query, but I did notice a recent fix labeled "Auto-accept" included in a daily build change log. I tested the daily build, but I'm still having the same error. Any ideas? Steps to reproduce: 1) Two Exodus clients connected to Jabberd server, both with "Auto-accept all requests" enabled. 2) Tester1 adds Tester2 as a buddy, resulting in the "subscribe" XML packet. 3) Tester2 client sends "subscribe" XML back to Tester1, requesting Tester1 as a buddy. 4) Tester2 client sends "subscribed" XML back to Tester1, accepting Tester1 subscription request. 5) Tester1 processes the "subscribed" XML, having apparently ignored Tester1's attempt to subscribe. 6) The net effect, Tester2's buddy list still indicates a pending subscription request to Tester1 who successfully added Tester2 to his own list. Should the Exodus client respond with "subscribed" before attempting to request subscription with "subscribe"? Please advise.
