Hi, does any one know some people from ejabberd project ?  Probably they

I might as well remind them of  GNU and GPL licence terms at first, =

I don't understand enough of the nuance of Chinese to be able to form
an opinion on this.  If they're claiming  that they own the code,
that's a real problem.  If someone could draft them a *polite* note=20
to ask them to stop, I'd appreciate it.

There's no issue with charging others for GPL code.  You just have to
make the source available to them.

Neither am I a lawyer.  Cross-border, it's easier to just ask them to
change, rather than get the legal systems involved.  The people that
wrote the web page may not be aware of the provenance of the code.
Let's assume it's a simple mistake for the moment.
