While trying to update the "plugin-info.nsh" for both HTMLLogger and
SQLLogger, with the pt_PT translation it failed with a "cvs [server
aborted]: could not open lock file
`/home/cvs/exodus/exodus/plugins/HTMLLogger/,plugin-info.nsh,':
Permission denied" error.
