Hi! I'm new to jabber clients but have somehow been put in charge of the IM
rollout at my company. So far I like what I see in Exodus, but am having
trouble with one feature and am hoping somebody can help me out. What I'm
looking at is Tools -> Contacts -> Search for Contact. It then prompts me
for the name of the user database. I've tried everything I can think of -
server name, server IP, etc - but it always comes back with "Could not
contact the search agent." Does anybody have any idea what I need to do. I
think this would be a very important feature for a business implementation
of IM.
