Exodus Support Webcam/Voice/Import User ?

Dear all,

Will Exodus support for webcam or voice or to import user from a text file ?
I have a running JabberD for windows and client (exodus) at my computer (WIN
2000 Server, 256 M, 20 Gigs) and run very well. But we need webcam/voice and
also a tools to import user from text file to server because we have 100
users at my company.
