Well I don't think he's manually setting his presence to 'available' but let's say that he is. How do you say, "reset", the timers? For example, what if someone is busy and sets their presence to 'do not disturb' and then when they're done they switch back to 'available'. Does that mean that auto away will never kick in just because they used 'do not disturb'? Does Exodus require you to exit in order to reset that? -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Peter Millard Sent: Wednesday, September 29, 2004 3:22 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Exodus] auto away settings Colleen Parker wrote: > I have a user whose Exodus status of 'away' doesn't automatically > change back to 'available' when he comes back to his machine. Automatically going to available is only when you are set to away by the timers that are used. IE, if you set your presence via a menu item, thats not auto-away :) pgm. _______________________________________________ Exodus mailing list [email protected] http://mail.jabber.org/mailman/listinfo/exodus
