Exodus Simple Popups (please!)

Hello,

When I receive a message, I don't want a toast, I would just
like the message

1. To appear on my screen
2. In the foreground
3. Not minimised to the taskbar
4. The roster window not to appear
5. Not focussed, but that's not vital

....so that it immediately gets my attention. Basically
just like Winpopup.  I don't need any other features; just
a roster list to select users, and a popping up window
when an incoming message comes.

Right now, the message is toasted - if I click
on the toast, the roster window comes up (not wanted!),
and I turned off toasting too (version 0.9.0.0)

I just want the message to appear.  Also, I would prefer
not to have to have a subject line...it's annoying :-)

I have fiddled with the settings forever but can't make
it just pop up an incoming message simply.  Also, I'd
like to disable chat mode for all clients.
