Exodus Interfaces & Menus on Exodus

I've created a basic plug-in for Exodus and am now trying to use some more
of the methods of IExodusPlugin.    I have got the IExodusPlugin::Configure
to work and show my own dialog.

 

Now I'm trying to alter the Menu that appears when you click on a user so I
can add my own options, this is causing me some problems.  

 

Is this menu controlled by using IExodusPlugin::AddContactMenu or
IExodusPlugin::AddMessageMenu

 

I'm also trying to use the IExodusController interface that is passed in
with the IExodusPlugin::Startup and I'm not sure how to do this.  Am I meant
to store it and then just place calls to this interface?  By this I mean the
code is already implemented and I just to have it defined in the IDL or do I
have to create the code behind this interface?
