I reported a possible issue earlier with Exodus and using memory and locking up. I now know a bit more information. I had a couple users on the test push and they was able to have it use a lot of memory along with lockups. Well we think we have it narrowed down. It has something to do with the event log. When they get a message and are away exodus will store that message. Well these two would never delete them from that right away. Actually one never deleted any. This was able to be replicated by clearing the ones and then send a bunch of test messages with them being away and they stacked up and was fine while the other with a bunch of old messages still locked up. When we cleared all his old messages it worked like a champ. I do not know how many they had but I could make a wild guess that there would be a good hundred or so since these two persons are rarely at their desk and high enough in the company that many people are always trying to jabber them. Has anyone else seen this happen and any idea how to get this to not happen again?
