another exodus problem?

If I am in one of the tabbed layouts where the
messenger tab and all the chats show up as tabs - some messages are not
received. If I am in away mode or put myself into DND, and have the
options checked to que messages when offline or in dnd mode, I don't
received all messages. Specifically, if I select Send Instant Message
from the Exodus menu, and the person has the above optiosn selected and
they are in DND mode, the message is never delivered when they become
available again.
