This will look for incoming presence type="error" packets from folks on your
roster. It will present a GUI to you so that you can clean those users off of
your roster.

This is handy if you've got a large roster and/or a lot of contacts on servers
that are no longer reachable, etc..

It's something that really needs to be turned into a plugin :)
