Installation Question when Building Branded Setup

Hello,

I've built a few branded setups in the past without problem, but I
recently downloaded 0.9.0.40 to build a branded version and ran into
some difficulties.

After installing on a machine with a current installation (0.9.0.32 if
it matters), it fails to log on and when you click the profile - the
profile is all messed up (no username, incorrect host, etc).

But installing the stock 0.9.0.40 works fine in that it finds the
correct profile (even after installing/uninstalling the branded
0.9.0.40)

My exodus.nsi is the same as the stock exodus-new.nsi with the
exception of 3 spots for branding purposes.

I assume I'm missing something simple?
