administrative setup for all users

Greetings All.

How to set up exodus once so that all users on a machine can see it in their
Start Menu/Desktop/Quick Launch or even make it start as thay log?

I would like to do so under Windows XP Home Edition machine and a 
Profesional one connected to a domain (new users are "created" on the fly).

As far as I don't know much about Windows the setup program should
notice that it is being run by an administrator and put all the shortcuts
into Documents and Settings/All Users and registry settings into HKLM(???).
