Where can I find help

Hi everybody,

I am new on IM and as I try to use everything but Bill's features, I 
decided not to use Windows Messenger.

My children want to chat with their friends, but up to day, I was not 
able to contact any of their friends with Exodus.
I am on Jabber.org and I found that msn.jabber.dk is a gateway that work 
fairly well, and I am registered on it with a MSN Passport.
I have then created a contact in my roster for *[email protected]*, with 
its JID wich is *user%[email protected]*
Unfortunatly, I have never been able to chat with this contact.
What else do I have to do, to contact this MSN adress *[email protected]
*Does the contact have something to do somehow on its side ?
