Toasters Placement

I could have sworn I saw some post about being able to change the
location of the pop-up toaster notifications. I looked in the
exodus.xml file and did not see anywhere to change it, plus,
exodus.xml looks like it's dynamically created.

So, can the screen coordinates be changed somewhere?
