Dr Watson crash on NT4 SP6

Hi We have a machine with Exodus 0.9.1.0 and MS SQL 2000 client installed, but Exodus crashes on startup. The error message is Error c0000025 at address 77f89591 (RtlRandom). We have other machines running fine, but they don't have the SQL client installed. Does anyone have any ideas if this is a DLL conflict ?
