NSIS Build problem

Hi--it's been ages since we rebuilt our internal version of Exodus, so
now I've got the latest stable release and the latest NSIS, and I'm
getting this when trying to build?  I'm missing something probably
obvious?

I'm trying to build exodus 0.9.1.0, using NSIS 2.09.
