R: Pesky Exodus error

Disable the "queue all offline messages" option and you could also clear the
file where it "Stores uread messages". You can access it by clicking on the
browse button and then right click on spool.xml and edit it.
It worked for me.

Hi folks,

 

Several of my users have been running into an error when Exodus tries to
save messages received when the user is away.  When the user tries to use
Exodus again it pops up with one error message for every message received
while they’re away.  It creates a text error log on the desktop as well.
I’ve included the content of one of these error logs.  Is there something I
can do to avoid these errors?
