Bug #3476

Peter, Joe, et. al.,

What , if anything, can I do to assist with getting information to get 
Bug #3476 resolved?  It is the last major stumbling block to getting 
0.9.x released in my company environment.  It relates to an AV crash 
that occurs infrequently when system-generated notifications of new 
users are received (the admin <write></write> tag set with my jabber ID 
so that I get notified of each new user).  The only thing I can surmise 
is that the code handling the message receipt doesn't deal well with the 
from being set to only the jabber server name - no user or resource.  
This is a recent occurrence and did not start until the last 1 or 2 
daily 8.0.6.x releases before 0.9.0.0 was released.
