Question about Exodus Ability to Enable-Disable Settings

I have a question about settings for this product.  It is mandatory that
everyone in our environment have their chat's saved.  I know this product
does this as I have it running on my home computer.  I also need to lock
down the settings so that the users can not fiddle with them and change
things.  We are in a very controlled environment in that sense.  We also can
not have them going outside our internal network.  If they can, then that
would stop us from using this.  (Not a good thing).

Is there anyway that I can put in the settings for the folks and then lock
down the settings so they can not be changed?
