Could anyone answer the following (or point me to an appropriate, erm, resource).

I've set up a jabber server (jive software's 1.0.8) on a Java host, and can access directly from home.  However, at work, we have a http proxy ... what precisely is the configuration for the Connection, Proxy and HTTP Polling option pages, and are there any particular iq extensions that the jabber server needs to support?

NB: my jabber server does not run on the standard port, and does not have https enabled.
