Patent Discussion Forum now open at www.pubsub.org

Following up on my mail of January 25...

I've created the first cut of a site for discussing patents and patent
applications at:
http://www.pubsub.org/
Please have a look and provide whatever feedback and suggestions you can
to help me make this as useful as possible. At this time, I've only
loaded a few document headers to provide the roots for some discussions.
I will add more over time and invite you to use the "request new thread"
link on the main page to ask that any specific patent or application be
loaded to the site. My hope is that this will become a broadly useful
site for collecting references to prior art as well as discussing the
particular impact of specific patents and applications.

However, I think that Peter St. Andre might prefer if Jabber specific
discussion of this patent, and Jabber-specific discussion of other
similar patents was focused on the present list.

If you'd like to see, and comment on, a particularly ludicrous patent

In the future, I'll be including on the site the discussions of patent
law, etc. that I earlier mentioned are in the process of being prepared.
