jabber.org service notice: port 5223

Access to the legacy SSL port 5223 is back up at the jabber.org IM
service. Sorry about the outage. If your client was unable to connect
during that time, you might want to check your settings or file a
feature request for STARTTLS support (which has been part of the XMPP
standard since 2004).
