Web chat and social media (facebook and twitter)

Hi All;

We are running a vicidial call center based on Asterisk and we would like to implement a web and social media services at the agents (agents to have page to login from it, handling chatting sessions and the social media messages).

When I say social media, i mean the facebook and twitter.

Any advise from where to start?
