While dealing (or not dealing) with the DDOS, I decided to change our
simple little jabber.org website from WordPress to static HTML. I also
updated the FAQ at the same time. Some information is still missing
(mostly old service notices). Feedback is welcome (I plan to put it
all into git so people can submit patches, but not today because I
have other emergencies to deal with).
