Allow only "one to one" user chat

Hi,

I would like to have the following functionality to have in the server side
(ejabberd)

User A and User B started conversing through messaging...In this case, if a
new user User C wants to communicate with User A or User B, he should not
be allowed...If you guys can suggest me some ideas i will be really
grateful...
