jabber.fr was one of the servers we were forced to block communication
with due to lack of protection against spammers. More details are
available in a mail sent to the operators list back in February
http://mail.jabber.org/pipermail/operators/2014-February/002203.html.
We're re-enabling federation with these domains as they report that
they've addressed the issues with unprotected registrations.
