<html><head></head><body><div style="font-family: Verdana;font-size: 12.0px;"><div>Hi,</div>

<div>&nbsp;</div>

<div>I cannot talk from GMX/Web.de jabber/xmpp servers to any other server since a week or so. And it seems that any server (google, jabber.org, jabber.ccc.de, ....) can talk anymore to users from United Internet (GMX, Web.de, 1und1). I&#39;ve tried to reach their admins but don&#39;t know how. Their social media team seems to be dead or at least deaf.</div>

<div>&nbsp;</div>

<div>They don&#39;t seem to have S2S disabled in their servers because it is still possible to connect to port 5269 but the connection breaks after some packets.</div>

<div>&nbsp;</div>

<div>And they also still try to reach other servers. Connections opened by them start with a TCP SYN packet (as expected; and obiously replied by the remote server with a SYN+ACK) and are always followed by a ACK+RST by the opening server (no, not a ACK as someone would expect). The connection then dies short time after that.</div>

<div>&nbsp;</div>

<div>It looks right now like the GMX/Web.de/UnitedInternet servers are broken and not all other server.</div>

<div>&nbsp;</div>

<div>Does anyone know how I can reach their admins or has anyone some ideas what is the current state of that problem?</div>

<div>&nbsp;</div>

<div>Regards,</div>
